What is Singapore food?

What is Singapore food? Its supposedly a mix of ethnic dishes and has an origin in Malaysia, Indonesia, China and India. Singaporeans are crazy about food... there are restaurants and hawker centres almost everywhere you go! If u fancy going cheap, try the hawker centres or food courts, they are generally clean and has ratings(A,B,C, D) by the environment ministry just in case that doesn't assure you. A would obviously mean somewhere with very good hygience, B stands for good while C is for average and D means the shop is on suspension due to unhygience. E...theres no E at all cos if there is the stall would be closed down! Food in Singapore is generally very cheap. Don't have to tip at all!

- Laksa(noodles, fried tofu, spicy gravy!)
- Duck Rice(request for it to be deboned)

- Cereal Prawns
