Street Food: Roadside stalls
  • Tip Rating:

  • The Thai cuisine is my favourite and is known as one of the best in the world. Food in Thailand is very affordable. The roadside stalls are the topshops! May not be the most appealing or hygenic but it is sure delicious! I didnt used dare eat them but I cant resist my taste buds now. Thai food has a unique flavour of sweet, sour and spicy. The sour and spicy-ness also explains why u hardly see any fat people around!
The prices for most dishes are 20baht(about 30pence) where you would expect to pay about 6quid back in the UK...omg!

Favorite Dish: Ma all time favourite Thai dishes are...
    1. Tom Yam Gung(prawns)
    2. Chicken Feet Salad(you'd prolly not eat this if your not asian)
    3. Papaya Salad-Som Tam(very healthy and oooo spicy!)
    4. Pad Thai(noodles)
    5. Kway Teow something...(glass noodles with chix or pork...ask for less sugar)

You should also try not to miss da amazing desserts they have!
    1. Tong Yot(very sweet but one of ma fav's...yellow-orangish in colour...made of egg yolk...high cholesthrol...lol!)
    2. Thai Pancakes(i dont know wot's it called exactly. Its a hard pastry shell with meringue and coconut inside!)
    3. Mango Rice(Yummy! I like this so much ican eat 3 dozen plates at a go!!)
    4. Thai Tapioca with coconut milk
    5. C-O-C-O-N-U-T(drink it right from da animal! hah!)
