This is all rather overwhelming because there is such a variety of things to see and do in Egypt. Very well-written and informative tips! Great that you rented a bicycle at Palm Tree in Siwa.
Thanks for the tips. We will be here soon - April 2010.
Egypt certainly has lots of attractions to explore! Desertsafari, Lake Nasser, Mount Sinai, temples, monasteries and pyramids all look very attractive. We certainly like Luxor and Alexandria. ~ho & pang
Wish I saw that massive statue of Rameses in Memphis...will look for it next time...thanks for sharing, Malena! Norman :)
The price now is 70 pounds[egyptian pounds]a night for two with breakfast. The rooms are not very clean and the bathroom is basic .Also there's a caberet in the basement that keeps you awake until 5 in the morning even on the fourth floor.
Excellent photos and information. Golly, expensive to get inside way back in 2005, will check what prices are now, adds a lot onto the holiday.
Some great travel tips!....Always a great read too.Tim
thanx very much for useful accom tips!
Egypt hold so much fascination for me = the huge temples and the history dating way back = thanks for the tour even if for now it is only virtual
As usual, a treasure trove of useful tips (esp on transpo and hotel) and wonderful photos. Love the underwater pics...awesome. Shokran, Malena.
