Hello..come in. Make yourself at home! | Tullen Strand, Co. Donegal |
Go mairir is go gathair!-May you live and may you wear it out!Greetings fellow earthlings. I'm Rosalyn, roz, rozzy, rozzy roo, spook, dhoop, rosie ,whatever people decide to call me.)
Haven't had a good long haul trip in some time unfortunately. But have made a few trips to London to see my big sis and my gorgeous two nieces. And I love going over to Donegal to hang out with my twin. Water is my thing I guess... Live by the sea on the East Coast and take my holidays by the sea on the West coast! Twin's partner just had his 40th birthday. It was a full house and a friend came up with all her kite gear and buggies n boards. Lots of fun on the Saturday when there was no surf for them. I just take the photos (haven't plucked up the courage yet). In 2006 I made the determination to finally get to India. I some splendid examples of VTers and formed some strong friendships. If you're interested, please follow this link! My 2nd Home..
Going to India taught me this.
~ A genuine smile in the universal sign of friendship. ~ Comedy hand signals can be very useful if your Hindi is as weak as mine..and will have all involved falling about giggling. ~ Staring is completely normal and curiosity is a new friend. ~ It’s normal to cry when you leave. ~ It is possible to make the best friends you could wish for on the net. And last but by no means least. ~ Things don’t go wrong. they just go different.
Some Quotes: Monty Python- "I don't think theres a punch-line scheduled, is there?
""Let me out!!.. 500 years under a mountain is enough!.. a joke is a joke!!" - Monkey (from the Cult late 70's series Monkey)
Monty Python- “No it can't! An argument is a connected series of statements intended to establish a proposition.”
Oscar Wilde- I think that God, in creating man, somewhat overestimated his ability.
Oscar Wilde- Patriotism is the virtue of the vicious.
Happy travels fellow earthlings!

That mudda @£$%@%$% Blasted Hound! Yes, Mister Beau has murdered my last Indian cushion. Once there were three. Now there is something resembling an extremely low flying cloud on my carpet. Oh dear! |
Buggy on the Beach Here is my twin, Emma.. cornering as if she's on the Bandit. Go Em! |
Kite Surfing There's Ian.. He takes that contraption into the sea and surfs with it. Genie "Is he inflating that thing?" Me "On my god he is!" (I think he must be a superhero by night) |
Mr. Beau! he's hoping there is one last pringle left.. Got myself a pup from the animal rescue shelter two years ago. All I had to do was to let them come check out where I live and they did...said it was suitable for a doggy and he was mine. He's brought me a lot of joy and I get out walking with him everyday. At first he was nervous of the sea because he had never seen it before. but now he loves splashing around! He also likes to chew raw carrots and sugar snap peas. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't get my walks! :o) |
River by Sean's Pad I like the Sea.. I also like Rivers....Lakes ...Loughs...Streams..... Pools..Waterfalls..... Baths........ Showers... Rain..... |
