Sailing in the eastern Med
Although I'd been to Turkey once (in November 1994), I saw no reason not to return, especially considering I was able to go sailing for part of the trip this time around. Most importantly, I loved Turkey and had always felt that I would return someday.
Pros and Cons
- Pros:A fascinating place to visit...and beautiful.
- Cons:Not nearly as cheap as it used to be...things cost two to three times what they did in 1994
