    • Favorite Thing: Bourgas is a thriving tourist town in the summer months.

    The main street in Bourgas, running from the area around the port, the railway station and the main bus terminal to Bourgas University, is ulitsa Aleksandrovska.

    A number of shops and outdoor cafes can be found along this tree-lined street.

    The second main street in Bourgas is ulitsa Aleko Bogoridi, which heads eastwards from ulitsa Aleksandrovska towards the Maritime Park.

    • Favorite Thing: The main street of Bourgas, ulitsa Aleksandrovska, contains numerous cafes which are shaded from the sun by the trees that line this street.

    It is a great place to stop for a cool glass of the local Burgaska beer, (about 1-1.5 leva for a large glass), watching the world go by.

     Yeah, and by the bus station I was approached by a guy wanting to exchange currency, but when I turned him down he aggressively tried to sell me drugs! This happened in a small park with families and elderly people all around me. So watch out!
