Sozopol is a small town on Bulgaria's Black Sea coast, to the south of Bourgas.
It is similar in appearance to Nesebar, further up the coast. Like Nesebar, it is a mix of traditional Bulgarian houses, ancient ruins, beaches and tourist shops.
It is smaller than Nesebar, and slightly less overrun by tourists. |
