Well there is holiday Inn downtown which has an excellent location in Deira area and a reasonable price. Just a note that there are several Holiday Inns hotel in Dubai and as you know Holiday Inn rates are not cheap so make sure to look for 'Holiday Inn Downtown' and not another...
Directions: Al Riqqa Street in Deira. Very Close to famous shopping malls like Hamarain & City Center as well as Dubai Airport
