I have now been to Tijuana twice. The first time I went I was 19 and terrified. This time I knew some Spanish and I had a great time. It's amazing how much more the locals respect you if you can speak their language, even just a little. I haggled in the markets and drank many margaritas. I talked to an artist for awhile who was selling his work on the street. It was fun. |
