Our Itinerary:

Day 1 (Sat):
Arrive in the afternoon at our B&B in Kihei. Drive to Lahaina for dinner with friends.

Day 2 (Sun):
Wake up at 3:00am and drive to the top of Haleakala volcano to see the sunrise. Hike the crater. Afternoon at the beach for snorkeling and relaxation.

Day 3 (Mon):
Spend the morning sea kayaking with Dino Ventura and snorkeling with the turtles near Makena Landing. Attend Collin and Jessica's wedding in the afternoon.

Day 4(Tues):
Day of hiking the West Maui Mountains with Randy Warner.

Day 5 (Wed):
Take the road to Hana stopping along the way at the various natural springs and waterfalls for a dip. Spend the night in Hana.

Day 6(Thurs):
Morning exploring Hana and East Maui. Drive back to Kihei via Upcountry Maui and the Tedeschi Winery for a bit of wine tasting.

Day 7(Fri):
Snorkeling and relaxation at Kapalua Beach. Take the 11:20 red-eye back home.

Day 8(Sat):
Sleep!

Great tips, especially the accomodation one. We might be going there next year and I am having a hard time finding economical places to rent.
