Ceramiche d'Arte: Our most prized possession from Ravello

This is the best ceramic shop that we encountered in our Italy travels. The shop had an excellent variety of locally handcrafted plates, bowls, cups, pots and vases, to name a few. The ceramics at this shop are not cheap but the quality you’ll get is incomparable. They probably would not like me to say this but a bit of bartering seemed acceptable at the time. It's worth a shot!

What to buy: There are endless types and styles for everyone's tastes.

What to pay: In 2001, a 14 inch plate was selling for about about $250 plus shipping. We had our plate shipped back home via air mail. It made it home safely a couple of days after we did!
