When we travel, our goal is to find beautiful out-of-the-way places filled with character, yet not overrun with tourists. We found such a place in Ravello. Many people who come to this area stop at the town of Amalfi and continue on bypassing Ravello all together. Well, their loss was our gain.

This is one of the 52 panels of the historic bronze door at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Assumption. For more, see the "Must See" on this topic.
