This time around though was a bit of a weird experience. The day I went was July 7, yep the day of the bombings in the metro and in one bus. Sixty people died and loads got heavily injured. It happened during morning rush hour and I was to fly at 10pm. I could have cancelled, but I decided I would go instead. I would be picked up from Luton Airport and wouldn't go into the city until the 12th of July, by which time I hoped everything would sort of been okay again.
Anyway again it was a great few days meeting with friends and seeing lots of stuff. London has grown on me even more and I am planning my next trip already!
Pros and Cons
- Pros:So many things to do, so many things to see, you'll never get bored!
- Cons:Entrance to some attractions can be a bot too expensive. Instead focus on all the free activities there are on offer!
- In a nutshell:Absolutely Fabulous!
