Getting TO/AROUND: I flew Qantas to Sydney and although the leg space could use a major improvement in economy class the service was very good. Every seat has its own little screen with quite some channels on. There are many recent movies on, aswell as many different series and other programs. The staff was very helpful and friendly and took good care of everyones needs. The food I have to say was also delicious. This was actually the first time I liked the food served very much. All in all I'd say fly Qantas!!

Getting TO/AROUND: One of the nicest things to do in Sydney is to take the ferry to Manly Beach. You depart from Circular Quay, wharf 3 if I'm not mistaken, and the ferry will take you through the harbour right to Manly in about 30-40 minutes. The best time to take the ferry is on a sunny day during the weekend. There will be so many boats out there on the water, it's just great! When you arrive in Manly you can do some shopping in all the surf shops. At the end of the shopping street you will have the beach. You wil have great views of the Opera House as you depart Circular Quay and on your way back you can take magnificient pictures of the city and the Harbour Bridge. Go back around sunset, which is around 19:30 or 20:00 in summertime.

Getting TO/AROUND: Beside the ferry to Manly which is a day trip in itself, there are numerous other ferries around the harbour, taking you to places such as the Olympic Park, Taronga Zoo, Parramatta and loads of other destinations. Check departure times at Circular Quay, from where all the ferryies depart.
