I went to Berlin only once when we headed back home to Haarlem after our school trip to Poland. We had one day to visit this wonderful city. Of course one day was way too short, since Berlin has so much to offer its visitors.
We arrived in Berlin by bus and it must have been around noon. We had all day free to spend until about 17:00 when the boat was leaving for a trip over the river Spree. We walked around the city and shopped a bit and enjoyed all the nice buildings. Also we practised a bit of our German. The boat trip was great fun although there was a strong wind blowing so it was quite chilly. At the end of the trip it was time to go home by bus... |
