So I was invited to represent the Inuit of Canada at a youth summit in Norway. It was sponsored by the Government of Canada as well as the Government of Norway. I obviously couldn't pass up such an opportunity. This was a companion trip to my Antarctic Expedition (Dec 2001). |

|  | A series of unfortunate events Though my trip to Norway and Finland was wonderful and memorable, my luck just wasn't there with me. The Euro was stronger than ever, my government screwed up my check and on my way back, I "missplaced" my passport, so I ended up sleeping in the Helsinki airport for 4 days. Fortunately however, the Vaanta Airport was voted #1 international airport for 4 years in a row. |
