If you are not impresed by the collection here you will definitely be impressed with the building. The Orsay is housed in a former train station built in 1900. When I looked down to snap this picture I tried to envision this place as it might have been back in the early 1900's. Natural light flows in from almost every corner. I have never seen so many familiar paintings gathered in one place. I was truly moved by the collection of Degas. Tickets cost 7 Euro
