I normally try to drive straight through Ensenada as my destination is 600 miles south. This trip brought me here at night fall so staying in the city was a must.

I'll probably stay again and begin to wander a bit more to pick up better tourist information. My one night was "interesting" as the hotel bar was hosting "local bands" that were very loud and very bad. Thus the night was not as restful as I'd hoped.

Still I was able to wander a little and found a couple good restaurants and a delightful coffe shop (for breakfast). More of them in the tips section.

Pros:Big City
Cons:Like any big city it can be noisy.
