Just steps away from the parched deserts of the interior, but because of its proximity to the Pacific, the city is blessed with surprisingly pleasant climate. San Diego is your prototypical West Coast city. It is small enough not to be intimidating and impersonal, yet large enough so that you won't run out of things to do.

Lush greeneries, sandy beaches, towering cliffs, ancient pine forests, and wide boulevard lined with slender palm trees can be found here. So is a rocking night life central where the gorgeously tanned and very fit California party crowd mingles with Euro hipsters.
