Hello! I spent a semester studying and travelling in Britain! London was the center of my studies, so I am most familiar with that:) I will try to give you some tips on the best/worst stuff...feedback is great! Thanks:)

A list of theatre shows you should see:
--Les Miserables at the Palace Theatre!
(this is a classic and they do it so well--GREAT special effects!)
--Spend, Spend, Spend at the Picadilly
(I hear this is not playing anymore, but it great play based on a true story of this British woman who won the lottery and I thought it deserved a mention! If I am wrong and it is in fact playing, go see it again for me!!)
--English National Opera
(the shows change here all the time, but if you've never tried opera, I recommend you try it here! It's in English, so you can understand it, and it's really fun!)
--Mamma Mia
(based on the music of ABBA--FUN!!!!!!!!!!!)

If you have time, please check out my travelogues about silly stuff that happened to me during my time in the UK (i.e., I fell face first into the river of eternal beauty and got pinned under a construction fence on the way to school:)). Hope you enjoy them, they make me laugh now, in retrospect;)
