I went to school in MO (Go Truman State!!! Kirksville, Missouri!), so we've taken endless roadtrips around the state! I have to say that the Midwest has very little to offer in the way of big cities or high culture, but it does have some great random road trip sites! I hope this info is useful, I will add pictures as soon as I get the technology to do so! Please let me know if there's something specific you want information about, I'm happy to help!
PS--I just created a new "Accents" travelogue--let me know if you have any funny accent stories:) Cheers:)
--Reon:)
- Pros:Very friendly people!
- Cons:Not much in the way of nightlife or large-scale culture (with the exception of St Louis and KC!)
- In a nutshell:Lots of random monuments and small town people!
