This is my home town.... No better place in the world.

AND YES PEOPLE DO LIVE HERE.

No matter where I travel in the world I always come back to Las Vegas as it is my home in America. I have lived in this city before the Californians came and I will be here after they all leave (which I hope will be soon).

I do not have many pictures of this fantastic city that you would all want to see because those that live here do not spend their time on the strip or in the Downtown area.

Come to Las Vegas and leave your money here. But enjoy yourself while you do.

Las Vegas has always been the best place in the world to live. We have always had great weather, little traffic and safety. Having called Las Vegas home for over thirty years (even while living overseas serving in the military and as a consultant) and with all my family roots here I will always be and shall forever remain a Nevadan.
We have seen many changes with the rapid growth of the Las Vegas valley, some good but many not so good. With the rapid growth we have had there has been an increase of crime, the evolution of violent gangs and the largest increase of drug activity I have seen anywhere as well as traffic that reminds me of a Los Angeles commute.

Many of US Nevadan's attribute the increase of the bad to the large influx from California and the lack of parental control of children.

We need to put controls on the future growth of the valley and be more proactive (not a reactive) parents as well as being responsible and involved with our child's life.
