Rome is just a fantastic city. Nowhere else in the world can you see and live in the past as you can in Rome. The city is full of treasures for the eyes, ears, stomach and mind.
The city has done much to remove some of the crime and I felt much safer this trip than in the past.
Have fun and enjoy the culture and the sights.

| | The Spanish Steps The steps are full of people all year round.
Durring the summer months there are a large amount of flowers placed on the stairs by the city which makes it so nice.
Many students sit here and draw all day long and enjoy the sun.
This is a very good place to watch people.
Take a look at some of the pictures in my Travelouge for more on the Spanish Steps of Rome.

The City Hall The city hall is a place where the laws of the city of Rome are administered.
There is a wall where all of the marriage proposals are posted for the public to review. It is funny to see this and to think that if the public does not want you to be married they can stop you. (HAHA)
The city hall is located at the end of the Fourm and makes for a good exit point as the bus stop is just at the bottom of the stairs. | | |
