    • Favorite Thing: Within the Schloss Herrenchiemsee there are many works of art and handcrafted panels and wall fixtures. Each part of the palace is decorated with gold leaf and great detail has been paid to the decorations. Many famous craftsmen were used in the construction of the palace and it shows with the beauty you will find here.

    • Favorite Thing: While waiting your turn to take the tour of the palace you can go out to watch the water fountain show that is put on about every 30 min. Each of the big fountains shoot large amounts of water up into the sky. It is a sight to see.

    • Favorite Thing: Detail detail detail..... there is so much detail in each of the statues here. Each statue in it self is a great work of art and as a group they are awesome.

    Fondest Memory: While waiting to enter the main house we took a walk around the reflecting ponds and looked at each of the statues. There were birds singing and squirles running around... it was real nice.
