The hotel zone is just that, a thin strip of hotels bordered on one side by the lagoon, and on the other by the clear waters of the Carribean. If you like sitting on the beach and relaxing, go stay at one of the all-inclusive hotels.
The more adventurous should try staying elsewhere and use the extra money to take daytrips to the surrounding areas.
No one should skip the nightlife, though. Spend at least one night partying on the town at one of the many clubs in the hotel zone.

- Cons:Tourist-central.
