Water Island offers you a private vacation. This little island (491.5 acres) is the smallest and newest inhabited Virgin Island. Located a half-mile off the south side of St. Thomas. The island is not crowded and if you don't count the few private residents, it is traffic free. There are no hotels, no stores, no gas station, no newspaper stands, no restaurants, no interruptions on Water Island!

I disagree with her post; this is one of the cleanist beaches in the USVI, recently it is where Brad Pit filimed his new picture. It is also where the dive and snorkel boats come from St Thomas. seewww.h2o-waterisland.com
