Rochester, Minnesota, USA. Consistently rated as America's #1 all around city. I don't know why! It IS very safe and clean, and the parks are great, but with the world famous Mayo Clinic and IBM here, politics are everything. Not a lot to do for young adults, but nevertheless a very interesting town! |
