However nice Zante was, we had the best time on Kefalonia. As soon as you arrive in the very small port of Pessada, you notice a certain charm and atmosphere. I really don’t know what it is, but it all seems very authentic, even though most of the buildings were destroyed during a major earthquake in 1953.
