Welcome to my page! My name is Kim and I am the mom to two wonderful kids. Most of our travel includes them, so you will find lots of tips for family travel and kid friendly places to see. My son is seven and my daughter is two, but I don't let that stop me from going where I want, when I want. Thankfully, they travel well and love new adventures. So far, the trip of my lifetime was my two week stay in China adopting my daughter. My hubby stayed home to man the homefront, and my son went with me. He loved everything EXCEPT the Great Wall, which was the highlight of the trip for me!!! That's why I love to travel with kids - they give you a whole different perspective on things :)

In July of 2002 we covered five states and a foreign country - Canada. We went from Michigan to Pennsylvania, passing through Indiana and Ohio on the way. Then we swung north and headed through New York State to our final destination - Niagara Falls. Our trip only lasted six days, but we had a great time and saw new places. It was our first family vacation with our new daughter.
