I have been to Bier House few times when I was in Irkutsk, but the Male staff are somewhat rude and very unsporty. I would recommend "TOWER" for any UK nationals and you feel home with excellent service.

Great pictures! I wish I'd read your restaurant reviews before I went to Irkutsk -- I could have had some even better meals. I really did enjoy you city though--Irkutsk is a very pleasant and friendly place!
