"The Cape of good beaches" Cape Le Grand National Park by iandsmith

Australia's best?

I did the tourist docklands tour that afternoon after I’d calmed down and then lit out for Cape le Grand where I expected to see some of the fabled beaches.
The camp ground at Lucky Bay was chockers so I stayed at Thistle Cove and all night the motorhome rocked in synchronization with the wind that whistled through the flyscreens.
Next morning I awoke. Would this be the day I would see the fabled "Australia's Best Beaches" as advertised on the signs coming into Esperance?

excellent page with great info and pictures. i liked the dog story, colourful wildlife, and sadly the pesky plant info. you seem to truly love national parks.
