In addition to its history, Rylstone has much to offer in the way of natural attractions. Dunns Swamp, Glen Davis, Newnes and Fern Tree Gully are four of the places to look forward to. Bird watchers love the area and as you get close to the sandstone cliffs they are there in abundance, such as the red wattle bird shown here. |
| | Cliffs of Capertee Valley Capertee is reputedly the second largest enclosed valley in the world with sandstone cliffs in abundance to the east, particularly on the Glen Alice Road heading to Glen Davis as shown here. |

balhannah Tue Sep 15, 2009 08:35 UTC Nice page. The sandstone cliffs in these areas are amazing, such beauty! And the Red Robin, its good to see they are still around. Used to have stacks of them around, now, none at all! | richiecdisc Fri Jun 26, 2009 13:25 UTC Nice zoom work, Ian. The Bridgeview Inn sounds nice but I didn't see any beer reviews. Time for an update. ;) | sue_stone Sun Jun 3, 2007 11:43 UTC So you did make it to Rylstone! |
