Yarram

I always remember a Peter Sellers comedy record and he was touting a fictitious town called Balham - gateway to the south. One of the lines was, "Time has passed by Balham, so shall we".
Yarram hasn't suffered the same fate but it's a small community, favoured by the fact that it sits by the water.
It has a few nice pieces of architecture, a great seafood shop on the wharf and some nice day trips to the north.

Personally, I enjoyed such towns and such a beautiful area within a short drive. Beautiful Tourist center/Court House.
