Train travel

Hey! That's me ;-)

My main objective in Italy was Rome. However, I could not resist the temptation of Florence, with its amazing cultural offers.
The plan was to travel by train from Rome to Florence. I love train travels, but I'll never forget this one, because Italy is probably the most beautiful country I've ever seen, with its green landscapes, its light and the charming villages that I saw during the way.

Florence is like a heaven on earth for the arts. And it has been probably like that since the Medici's years. It's possible to find there the finest paint collection of Italy, amazing Michelangelo sculptures or simply the work of untalented amateur painters ;-)

Cons:Too much tourist!

No one place but Florence made me feel as much like that quote from American Beauty you have on your HP... Your photos are so beautiful. They just brought me back a ton of great memories. Hope next time I go there, "Alfredo's" will be yours... hehe
