Wow! Prague. I only had a stopover here as I flew to Athens with Czech Airlines. I arrived in prague at 6:30am and flew out again at 8pm so I had a hectic day seeing as many sites as possible! I think your impression of Prague will depend a lot on the weather you have becuase my impressions are of an almost fairytale gothic city which sparkled in the sunshine. All the buildings seemed so clean and I loved it; however I know people who have been slightly disappointed with the city when they have visited it in rainy wintery months. I guess the sunshine adds magic where ever you are - I know Manchester is greatly improved by the sun! Anyway, I loved it and want to return for a long weekend soon! |
