The annual Fourth of July Fireworks, show, over Bellingham Bay (Technically, the view from house)
was fantastic this year. Great weather, great food. Overall it was a perfect day!

This a picture that I shot of the family farm with Mt. Malasimbu in the background in Luacan, Dinalupian, Bataan, Philippines. A place where my father grew up as a child, and a place that I also remembered visiting when I was 12 years old. Over the last 20+ years, the city has changed, roads have gotten wider, population exploded, but the farm still looks the same.

The cousins play a game with me, where I try to guess what was written on a piece of paper that is attached to my forehead. I have to guess, with limited clues, and endure lots of laughing and joyous times.

By the way, the word was "Tsunami", after our recent family adventures at a local waterpark, that was opened only for the family. It was a family reunion at the water park, where the pool was filled with cousins, nephews, and nieces.
