A good choice if need to stay close to airport and other Beijing, China Hotel/Accommodation Reviews

A well facilitated 4 stars hotel, only 5 minutes to the airport.
The hotel is nice but too faraway from downtown.
In addition, it is a little bit noise as plane land and taken off very often.

Sitting in the downtown, Holiday Inn Downtown provide you good experience of accormadation. Everything is nice except the price is too high comparing to many companies travel budget nowadays.

Everything is in "Shangri-La" standard plus the room is very big and well maintained.
They offer free fruit and lunch coupon to Shangri-La member card owners.
However, the location is not so good.

Great location, but a bit old, e.g., furnitures are a bit worn out. Restaurants are not tasty and, like those in many other 5-star hotels, extremely overpriced.

Luckily there is a commercial zone in the basement of adjacent Kerry center office building, where you are find better eateries.

Opened to guests since 1999, I see still a lot of rooms for this hotel to improve its services, e.g., check-in speed and accuracy, restaurant service attitude, valet parking speed, etc.

It is the worst (in terms of services) Hyatt I've ever stayed.

Unique Qualities: Well equipped room, however too small as a 170 EUR deluxe one

One of the oldest 5-star hotel. Facilities are old: toilette is small; room is not very well insulated from noise, there is a big gap between the main door and the floor.

Unique Qualities: Well, if you like pretty Chinese girls, China's no.1 night club/KTV is in this hotel. It is called "Tian Shang Ren Jian" (Paradise/heavy on earth).

It has a mysterious background: founded by a son-in-law of a very significant central government official and strong relationship with police/military offices. Girls working there have all gone through a rigorous selection process including appearance, health, and intellectual perspectives.

The price is also breath-taking: 100-200 US$ for a few drink with a girl in the bar area; with 600 US$ you may enjoy a private session with a girl in a VIP room; as for sex, depends on the rank of the girls, you cost will start from 1000 US$ to unlimited

Brand new hotel with sleek decoration. Guest room is spacial, bathroom with separated shower and bath tube.

Service also feels good, there are a self-assisting bar at the check-in counter, have a drink while waiting for your card key.

Location is also good, offices of many top banks are within 5 mins ride. However, if your office is on the east side of the city, trust me, you never want to try this hotel cuz the morning traffic will kill you more than 1 hr.

Unique Qualities: Has a famous SPA on site, about 100 USD an hour for full body.
