Ohanet is in the Eastern part of the Sahara Desert. It is near the Libya Border. There's nothing much here, except sand and more sand. We've got sandstorms, we eat sandwiches and we build sandcastles.
Pros and Cons
- In a nutshell:Algeria is a very big country.

lovely when mist comes over the desert
Fascinating to see some life in such a country as Algeria - but some info could be elaborated such as a lot of people wont know what desert rose is. I know from Morocco what they call desert rose there but might not be the same as what you mean?
Looks extremely arad! Nice tips esp danger ones. ;-)
Interesting tips, especially the hotels! lol
Your brand of humour is very effective. Had a great laugh visiting your Algeria pages. A nice break from monotonous office work. Thanks!
Are you in the oil business? I am sure the night sky was brilliant out where you were. My Grandfather spent time in Algeria & I've always wanted to go. Happy travels!
your page about Algieria is very interesting.
