Cochen is a small town with a castle near Koblenz, I have added a travelogue with some pictures.

Burg Eltz is near Koblenz and contrary to most castles it has never been destroyed, so it preserves its original structures. Check the travelouge!
PS: As Chancay properly pointed out this is Koblenz in Rheinland Pfalz and not Koblenz in Land Sachsen. When VT updated our pages and added more locations they misplaced the page and I do not feel like investing time to fix it...
