I stayed in Cherry Hill during the week for most weeks of 1995. I was working on a project there for the company I worked for back then.
The town has plenty of restaurants and is generally pretty upscale.
It sported both a Hilton and a Hyatt. The Hyatt had a really nice buffet at the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel called "Ginsburg and Wong".
