It isn't the fanciest joint in town, but it was clean, comfortable and pretty inexpensive. Located just a few blocks from China Town and Kensington Market, it is pretty convenient to some of the trolley lines and while it's not in the midst of the downtown areas, on a nice day it is a pleasant walk. :-)
It is more of a hotel/apartment than the more traditional hotels are. Since I'm not interested in a concierge, spa, exercise room, etc in most hotels I did not miss them at all. (and didn't have to pay for them either!)
Unique Qualities: Easy access to transportation, parking lot for those driving, a city park right behind it, close enough to the center of town to walk and a kitchenette in every room.
