May 24, 2007 VT'ers invade! Dabs, Acirfa, Jo104, Gioiacapetown and I all descended upon Cambridge in the early afternoon.
We met at the Kings Cross station in London, Joy and I tossed our bags in the left luggage area and off we ran to Cambridge. Punting (the English variety of Gondolas) is a very normal activity here, so we knew that we would be enjoy the river this afternoon.
Sustenance, however, was a must. Joy and Jo were on a mission and while we didn't RUN toward the local eateries, we definitely made a bee-line directly for the punting and the food with a few stops along the way for obligatory photo taking.
