SEPTEMBER 24 - 28, 2001. Before visiting Vienna most people I asked that had been there used the word "posh". Having been there myself I would also agree with that description. Vienna is a very nice city to stroll around. Most of the sights and historically significant area is centered within the Ringstrasse. Vienna is a very easy city to get around. If you enjoy looking at interesting buildings, monuments, and churches then Vienna is a great place to visit. My family just happened to walk into the Hofburg area right before the soldiers started their march. |
