On a sunny day Edinburgh was a wonderful city to visit, but when it was gray and cold it was a good idea to find somewhere to go inside for awhile. We took it too easy and too slow, I wish we would have done more while there. I really enjoyed listening to the Scottish accent and drinking a Starbucks coffee and visiting the Royal museum of Scotland.
- Pros:Peaceful and beautiful city
- Cons:It's cold and wet often
- In a nutshell:Listen to the Scottish accent!

Enjoyed your Edinburgh page and comments. Am so eager to visit this city!
Glad you enjoyed Edinburgh. Especially liked your wide shot of Castle and view down Princes St.
Nice photo of Edinburgh Castle. I neglected to get a good photo of the exterior and instead only came home with a few photos of the interior.
Rainy even in August, but still a lovely city. Thanks for some great photos!
Good tips and pictures! Thank you!
Hoolyrood Palace is worth a visit. Full of rooms to admire. Edinborough Castle disappointed me. Very interesting tips. Ciao!!!!!
A very nice page! Edinburgh looks beautiful and I want to go there one day (in a sunny and warm week).
Cold, gray and wet. that is why your typical Scot is so warm, cheerful and loavable : )
Great page. But Burger Kings, Pizza Huts, Starbucks, McDonalds... The very best of Scottish cooking, lol :-S
Nice Edinburgh page with brilliant photos. :-)
