Restaurant Name: IDI, Fish & Sea food...
Actually Located in one a city which isnt very cenrtal nor famous for anything... about 45 min' south to Tel Aviv. Very well known for the Locals though. They serve a great sea food, wines and other stuff. Not for a tourist who come to spend a few days only in Israel though. it will be a waste of time.
Favorite Dish: Almost all the sea food dishes

Enjoy the special unique food in Israel which based on our vareity of culturs. The most famous food of Israel is of course the Falafel which is btw great cheap option for vegetarian (!!) as well as hummus and shawarma (its made of beef or turkey). But of course there's a great vraity of food, and i guess its part of exploring a new place... tasting the local food and drinks is a must.
Favorite Dish: My Favorite food ??? I eat almost everything... i think i was born hungry :-))

Restaurant Name: Birkat Ram restaurant
If you're exploring the north of Israel in the Golan Heights area and climbing up to the Druz villages 'Mas'ade' and 'Majd Al Shams' just in between those two you could stop in the Birkat Ram (Ram Pool). which is a hidden natural pond with a lovely view and prett pastoralic. Just neat this pool there's a druz restaurant, you wont need to search, while you'll arrive the pond its there you wont be able to miss it. The restaurant serves an authentic druz food, sweets and coffe. The view from the wondows is lovely and i'd say that if you're hungery then stop there for a break !
