Timna Park - A definite MUST ! Timna Natural Park Review

Timna Valley is located about 25km northern to Eilat in the center of the red Valley.

The Views in the park are trully amazing and its another prove of Natures power ! the only hard thing while traveling around there is the weather, I've been there while it was 43c and it was just toooo high for being under the sun for so many hours.
1 bottle of water is surly not enough and you got a be ready for a weather like this.
The naturls pools are really nice and it was nice to wet my self finally after hours under the sun.
When you arrive to Timna Park you can start with watching The Video movie they offer as a first stage (included at the entrance fee) about the park and its history, that will give ya some good background before you start to explore the area.

There are two ways to travel around. One by car and the other one is hiking. You will get there the map of the area (at the entrance) and then you will chose your self what you want to do as you got all the ways marked on the map (needless to say i didnt chose the hiking option..lol).

Except for all the spactacular views you got and lots of history, when you go to the pools area you get a little bottle which you can fill with few kinds of natural colorful sands sill it and take with you home, also you get a coin which you can imprint (via a very old machin) and get your self a king salomon coin.
In the pool you can take a little peddal boat (all included in the entrance charge) and enjoy some relaxing time.
For a final relaxation go to the beduin tent and get your self some drinks (coffee & tea are free) or food.

08:00 - 16:00 winter time
07:30 - 18:00 summer time

Dot skip this, its a great place, and better go there in the early morning before it gets too hot.

The Dolphin Reef Dolphin Reef Review

The Dolphin reef is a 5 min' drive from the center of Eilat.
There's a nice beach, restaurant and diving club. You can see the feeding of the dolphins with their trainers every hour, thats a lovely thing, they are a real great ceratures...
Dolphins are also known for their ability to help sick people and kids with mental / physical problems. They have amazing sences and they will capture your heart when you'll see them.

You can also dive with the dolphins, its a bit expensive (see the rates in the below website) but its a great experience. The diving is with a guide, you cant dive alone but still its wonderful.

Eilat Beaches Eilat Beaches Review

Eilat offers a beautiful beaches from Its east - north side near the Jordanian Border till the Egyptian border at its southern side.
Some of the Beaches are more croweded with lots of restaurant and lots of sea sports activities / clubs and some beaches are more quiet and very relaxing.
Friday and mostly Saturday is quite a crowded days on the beaches as its the weekend here, so the locals finds the time to enjoy the beaches as well... well what else can you do in the heat of Eilat... ?
If you need to escape this noisy beaches go south to the quite beaches ...towards the Eegyptian beachs !

Diving in the Red Sea !! Diving Review

If you're there and your health allow it then you must do it.
If you have a licence then its easier, if not you can go to any of the diving clubs and do the Intro diving, thats a dive with a guide that will lead you hand in hand and show you how it feels under the water.
Do it once and you'll Love it !!!!!
There are many diving clubs in Eilat and most of them are very good and safe.
You can also make the course but that takes a week if im not wrong...

Taking a relaxing Cruize... Cruize in the Red Sea Review

Thats some nice way to enjoy for a few hours.
If you'll just go to Eilat Marina and deck near the northern beach you'll find many boats (in many sizes depends on your wish and need) that are available for that.
I've done that few times in my life and the last was two years ago (in the pic').
I Love to be on a boats watching the mountains, jumping from the boat to the sea in the middle of no where snorkling, swimming and just having fun.

A whole underwater world, so many kinds of unique fish. a sharks pool, a turtles pool, Amazonas world which is quite beautiful, coral wolrd show room and so many other things.
You can also enjoy at the restaurant and acfiteria there. and end in the souvenir shop..
This place is a real lovely one and Children would be even more facinated !

The 101 The 101 Review

If you are driving by car to Eilat stop for refreshing at the 101.
Its a nice restaurant, shop animal farm and even rooms to a night stop.
Its Located in the 101km from Eilat and therefor its name.
The 101 is a lovely place and very relaxing (unless if you arrived just with another 5 busses full of tourists..lol), i like this place and whenever i go south by car i stop there !
