Belgrade ( Beograd )
is capital and the largest city of Yugoslavia. And the name Belgrade means WHITE FORTRESSE .
It is my favorite city in the world : ) The city with soul , as people like to call Belgrade .
It used to be my home for 5 beautiful years ....and stayed in my heart forever.

All pics on this site are taken by me, except the upper one (it is a beautiful postcard, and I couldn't resist putting it here), thank you unknown author. It is main square in Belgrade called Trg Republike, guy on the horse is Knez Mihajlo. Many Belgraders meet there, and when someone tells you that they will meet you KOD KONJA, that means there.
