The White Tower White Tower (Lefkos Pyrghos) Review

the Tower was builded not long after the Ottoman conquest (1430), most likely it was builded by Venetian craftsmen.It was the place where tortures and executions were done (the "Bastille" of Thessaloniki).

In 1883, the Tower was painted white. (LOL no wonder it is called The White Tower ) and it become a prison for a while ...

Must see for me.... Serbian Monuments Review

Well this is not definaltely MUST SEE for all of you , but it is for me ...this is the grave of my grand grand father in Thessaloniki. His name was Jevrem Jankovic.

When i went to look for his grave I had no clue where it was ... But guided with some weird force ... I have found him among 8 000 same shaped crosses... I just went there and there it was. The old man who works there, showed up later ... he couldnt believe how we found it , without the lists and maps of the graveyard....

Aristoteles square Aristotelous square Review

This is the famous Aristoteles Square in Thessa. there is the statue of Aristoteles , and when people pass by it they usually touch his foot...so it become shiny with time :)

Kalamaria Suburbs Review

One of nice subburban parts on Thessaloniki . We had a great time there in some caffee, with very cool wiev on the sea. Very cool pancakes LOL CRAPERIA or something in Greek

This is a serbian cementary form WW1, there are 8 000 of crosses there , of fallen serbian soliders in World war 1 .

Lovely Street ... Traditional Market Review

This street is situated somehow between two large and laud streets ... but when you enter here , everything gets quiet ...there are little shops and restaurants ...
