I think that the most interesting thing you can feel in this city are not the turistic places;
not the modernism, not La Rambla, not Gaudi, not -of course- bull-fighting, not sangria, not paella...
I'm sure that the most important in this city are the people. Everybody usually are in the streets for any reason: Cultural meetings, Sports events, political and civic demostrations... Barcelona is a complete example of a Mediterranian way of life.
Try to discover the real feeling of Barcelona. I'm sure that you'll apreciate it. BCN is much more than Sangria, Toros, Paella and -of course- Mexican Hats o]:-P
