    Getting TO/AROUND: When I first arrived I got the airport express shuttle bus from Pearson International Airport to downtown Toronto. It's a lot cheaper to go by TTC if you have enough time and not too much luggage.
    The subway system is easy to use and takes you to all the main places downtown. It's really simple compared to the London Underground or Paris Metro. Just two line - one North to South, the other East to West. It costs $2.25 per journey.

    As well as the subway there are streetcars and buses that will take you to pretty much anywhere that the subway doesn't go to. Again, it's $2.25, and you can get a transfer ticket from the subway to streetcar/bus so you only pay one fare.
